Dietary deficiency supplements.

Common deficiencies are marine omega-3, vitamin C and vitamin D3.

Omega-3 sources include fish, roe, fish oil, krill oil, and algae oil. Omega-6 vegetable oils inhibit omega-3.

Vitamin C also makes vitamin E lotions more effective.

Vitamin D3 is produced in the skin from sun exposure. Vitamin K2 is used in activating D3.
